About the Platform

Etmrn is a fitness coaching platform that connects fitness coaches with clients. Coaches can create profiles, offer coaching packages, and manage their clients. Clients can browse coaches, purchase packages, and receive personalized fitness and nutrition guidance.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• Coach accounts are subject to a profile review and approval process before becoming visible to clients.

Coaching Services

Etmrn provides the platform for coaches and clients to connect. The actual coaching services are provided by independent coaches, not by Etmrn. We do not guarantee specific fitness or nutrition results.

• Coaches are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the programs they provide.
• Clients should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
• Reviews and feedback submitted on the platform should be honest and based on genuine experience.

Payments

• Coaching packages are purchased through the platform using a third-party payment processor.
• All prices are displayed before purchase, and payment is required to start a coaching package.
• Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund inquiries.

Email Communications

By using Etmrn, you agree to receive email communications related to your account, including account confirmations, purchase receipts, coaching updates, and platform notifications.

You can opt out of non-essential email communications at any time through the preferences section in the Etmrn app. Essential communications related to your account security and transactions may still be sent.

Acceptable Use

When using Etmrn, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
• Upload harmful content, spam, or malicious software.

Intellectual Property

The Etmrn platform, including its design, logo, and content, is the property of Etmrn Fitness and Nutrition. Coaching content created by coaches remains their intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

Etmrn provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the coaching services offered by coaches. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Etmrn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt.
